Basic package consists of dusting top vents, cleaning window ledges, wiping down furniture, vacuuming carpeted floors, sweeping and mopping of the floors, dusting all surfaces, trash removal, bathroom cleaning. wiping down the sink(s), mirror(s), toilet fixture(s), restocking paper products, toilet tissues and soap. Disinfects telephones, counter tops, and all solid surfaces. SPot cleaning of interior glass patricians and thorough cleaning of front foyer glass.

Basic Package / With An Inspector
Basic package consists of dusting top vents, cleaning window ledges, wiping down furniture, vacuuming carpeted floors, sweeping and mopping of the floors, dusting all surfaces, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, wiping down the sink(s), mirror(s), toilet fixture(s), Restocking paper products, toilet tissues and soap. Disinfects telephones, counter tops, and all solid surfaces. Spot cleaning of interior glass patricians and thorough cleaning of front foyer glass. After all services are done an inspector will confirm all work has been done to your satisfaction. NOTE: Cleaning services pertain to specific needs of site.
Detail Package (Spring Cleaning)
Detail package consists of dusting top vents, cleaning window ledges, wiping down furniture, vacuuming carpeted floors including under all furniture and moveable equipment, sweeping and mopping of the floors including under all furniture and moveable equipment, lightly dusting all surfaces, trash removal, bathroom cleaning—wiping down the sink(s), mirror(s), counter(s), toilet fixture(s). Wiping down all the walls and baseboards. Restocking paper products, toilet tissue and soap. Disinfects telephones, countertops, all solid surfaces. Spot cleaning of interior glass patricians and thorough cleaning of front foyer glass. Bug removal from ceiling light fixtures. Note: Cleaning services pertain to specific needs of site.
