History: Custom Cuilt Crates Inc. was founded by Glenn Brandenburg.  With Over 35 years of relocating tradeshow equipment and household goods,  CBC soon expanded their services into machinery and project relocation.  Family owned and operated, CBC now employs 50 highly trained and dedicated employees.  CBC is now one of the most recognized crating companies in the Midwest.

Scope of Work:  No job is too big or too small!   One crate or 1,000; Custom Built Crates has the ability and expertise to handle last minute jobs with unprecedented turnaround time.  Custom Built Crates has crated some of the world's most prized painting from Monet to Rembrandt and artifacts from the 1st Ming Dynasty.  CBC can handle large items such as injection mold machines, presses, machine tools, bulk steel and precision measurement machines.  Shipping international?  CBC can also provide containerizaion, block and bracing, port delivery and air shipments.

Packaging:  With the lastest technology in protective packaging material such as vapor barriers, moisture barriers, heat shrink abrasion marine wrap, shock mounting, anti-static, foam linking, and abtasion-proof wrapping, our highly-trained and safety-oriented staff can handle any job.                                                           

Manufacturing:  With over 38,000 square feet of indoor manufacturing space and five acres of fully concreted outdoor storage,  CBC has the capacity to handle any job.  Our well-seasoned sawyers and fabricators can build any style pallet, crate, exhibit crate, gondola, skid and many more specialty wood products.  With our design or yours, we can insure that our wood packing products will exceed your expectations.  Our manufacturing warehouse’s ten ton and twenty ton overhead cranes can load and off load your items eliminating production time loss at your facility.
